Description of Problem:
There are several areas in my application where repainting around borders seems
to be an issue.
In the attached screenshot;
1. In the left hand the background (behind the application) seems to bleed
through.
1.a This is due to the BorderStyle = Fixed3D on the panels.
2. The drop down menus do not have a right hand edge.
3. Tooltips do not have a right hand edge.
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Place a panel on a form and set the BorderStyle to Fixed3D.
How often does this happen?
1. Seems to be on the initial load but often it's random.
