trivial test case
When tests are run with nunit-console2.bat or
mono --debug "c:\Program Files\Mono\lib\mono\2.0\nunit-console.exe",
NUnit performs as expected while running the tests and displaying the results,
but fails afterwards, outputting
"Stacktrace:
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information."
(without actual stack trace). The program exits with an error even if the tests
passed. This works as expected with Mono 2.0.1, but is broken with 2.2 previews
1, 2 and 3.
