PROBLEM STATEMENT:
if you click up/down arrows to change the value of DateTimePicker with
"ShowUpDown" style, the value could not be changed.
REPRO:
1. uia2atk/test/samples/datetimepicker_showupdown.py
2. click up/down arrows to change the value
RESULTS:
value of DateTimePicker could NOT be changed
EXPECTED RESULTS:
value of DateTimePicker could be changed
