For some reason the new mono 2.2 vmware image doesn't release the mouse from
the vmware window like the older 2.0.1 vmware image did. Tried to install
vmware tools but there is an error when doing so.
It's a huge pain in the ass to have to ctrl-alt-escape each time you want to
leave the vmware window.
