The LiveCD is not an install CD anymore. There used to be a Live Install icon
on the desktop with previous versions (at least for Mono 2.0.1 LiveCD), but it
is gone on 2.2.
Trying to run the live install manually from a console gives an error ("no such
client module live-installer").
Having a Mono install CD was very handy. Would it be possible to bring that
feature back?
