Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Run the attached test case (splitter.py)
2. Use the mouse to drag the splitter as far up as possible
Actual Results:
The splitter goes passed the bottom label in the top panel, thus covering it
up. It looks like the splitter is stopped at the top of the label control
instead of at the bottom.
Expected Results:
The splitter should not be able to be dragged passed the bottom of the label.
How often does this happen?
Every time
Additional Information:
I verified that the expected results in Windows (Vista).
