Repro steps:
We have installed our product on OpenSUSE11.1 that came with builtin MONO
2.0.1.
When we try run our application we came to know that the OpenSUSE11.1 has come
up with missed rpm 'mono-extras-2.0.1-1.14.i586.rpm'. Due to this we couldn't
able to find the System.Configuration.Install.dll in the path /usr/lib/mono.
