Steps to reproduce bug:
- install mojoportal from Mono:Community
- install pgsql-testdb from Mono:Community
- run mono-pg-setup to set up the postgres database
- start apache
- go to http://localhost/mojoportal

Expected results:
- mojoportal should work as normal
Actual results:
- mod_mono_server crashes (see attached stack trace)
