Starting the debugger quickly after the stopping the debugger can cause it to
hang.
Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run debug
2. Press stop
3. Run Debug again right away
Actual Results:
MonoDevelop hangs on "Building...". Debugging never starts and the stop button
does nothing. I have to restart MD
Expected Results:
Debugging should start
