Unit tests that worked with previous previews of 2.4 (up to and including RC1)
fail on RC2. Specifying '/noshadow' on nunit command line makes them pass.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
A unit test loading data from external files (e.g. language resources through
the System.Resources.ResourceManager.GetString) fails to load the data (in my
case: with a System.Resources.MissingManifestResourceException).
