I suggested a whitelist as one possible solution, but one prone to failure as it will need to be maintained going forward by your team as tools are added and removed. I believe our final conversation ended with me asking you to put together a plan on how to fix the problem in a way that you and your team felt comfortable going forward from a maintenance perspective, then sharing that plan with Miguel and myself.
