Test Case showing Scrollbar appearing when Cell is greater then view area.
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9.0.7)
Gecko/2009030422 Ubuntu/8.04 (hardy) Firefox/3.0.7
Attached test case showing .NET difference.
Scrollbar appears as cell has been set to a size that is too big for the view
area.

DataGridView appears with a vertical scrollbar.
Expected Results:
DatagridView should appear without a scrollbar
