Description of Problem:
Upgrading the monovs msi on windows is broken. I have r1741 installed and when
I try to install r1806, I get a message that a later version of r1806 is
already installed and the msi won't upgrade.
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. install older version of monovs
2. try to install newer version
Actual Results:
Error saying that a newer version of the Mono Tools for Visual Studio is
already installed.
Expected Results:
A smooth upgrade to the new tools with no errors.
How often does this happen?
every time.
