I've noticed the behavior on this differs between the three implementations I checked: XMLSpy (2009 Professional): Does not allow any attribute to be "redefined" in the derived type. Mono: Allows attribute to be "redefined" if its use and type match the attribute in the base type. NET: Allows any attribute to be "redefined". Note, these are just observations based on simple tests I ran. And yes, the word "redefined" is not a good choice in this context. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the QA contact for the bug. _______________________________________________ mono-bugs maillist - [email protected] http://lists.ximian.com/mailman/listinfo/mono-bugs
