The hello world app does not die with a SEGV but seems to be in an endless
(recursive?) loop. For better understanding I have attached a zipped log file.
The log file has been created using the mono -v and --trace=all options.
Comparing this log file with the log file for the same hello world app with a
working mono runtime indicates that things start to get wrong close before/at
the appearance of the first "EXCEPTION handling: NullReferenceException
EXCEPTION: catch found at clause 0 of (wrapper runtime-invoke)
object:runtime_invoke_void (object,intptr,intptr,intptr)" log file lines.
