I think we should turn this around and call it retention rules instead. It
makes more sense to the build managers' mind. It would amount to the same
thing code-wise, just with different language: KeepXRevisions, KeepXDays, etc.
but it will be more obvious to me what it does. And maybe a note to the user
that by default data is retained forever.
