Something recently broke mdb. WHen running r135209, mdb complains about not
finding a method named "mono_make_memory_executable". (from memory). It runs
fine on r134705
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
compile mdb from trunk.
try to debug any program.
Actual Results:
error described above

no error
