XBuild support a default "MSBuildExtensionsPath" that maps to a directory part
of mono. For example Delphi Prism/Oxygene projects have an import like:
<Import Project="$(MSBuildExtensionsPath)\RemObjects
Software\Oxygene\RemObjects.Oxygene.targets" />
On Windows it points to {pf}\MSBuild, xbuild on mono should have a directory
like it where xbuild/msbuild extensions can place their files. (Generally this
will contain .targets files and optional dll files that belong with it)
