When I had my app using Npgsql v2.0.5.0 run、I got exception message that "Could
not load file or assembly 'Npgsql,Version=2.0.5.0,...'".

According to the advice received in the PgFoundry's forum,i had my app run
again.And then I have been understood that "v2.0.5.0 was remapped to v2.0.00"
is a cause.
I tested using Npgsql v2.0.4.0 too,result was same.
Why reason mono runtime remapped v2.0.x.0 to v2.0.0.0?
I do not understand well,though I think that it is Bug of mono runtime.
I hope "Could load Npgsql v2.0.x.0 from GAC".
Plese fix this.
