Description of Problem:
We cannot create an PRM package of mojoportal using MonoVS. Precompilation of
mojoportal fails.
We need to package the content of a web site even if precompilation fails.
Pre-compilation fails when checking the "Build -> Publish mojoPortal.Web" menu
option and then selecting "Only files needed to run this application" option is
set. I could not find a specific option to not make the site "editable" so let
me know if there's another way to ensure that the site gets precompiled.
