Description of Problem:
Gonzalo: "precompiling for /, deploying somewhere else -> BOOM."
It turns out that this was found while testing a pre-compiled mvc template
application which failed to run on mono-2.4.2.3rc1. The standard application
ran fine while the pre-compiled version would sent the following message to the
browser instead: "This is a marker file generated by the precompilation tool,
and should not be deleted!"
Gonzalo: "when figuring out the new virtual paths form the ones in the
bin/*.compiled files, it ends up adding a // somewhere."
