Description of Problem:
The vmware image needs to reboot the VM after an update so that if there are
any extra monovs-gui-server processes (a bug that has be introduced at least 2
times now) they will be shut down, and so that the user is running the latest
monovs-gui-server process.
Since this is a dedicated MonoVS VM and since it is just a VM, and since our
target audience are windows users, the user will probably not have a problem
with us doing this after updates.
