Description of Problem:
Apache is not configured the same way as it is in the Mono appliance.
1) Apache is not set to start on boot
2) /srv/www/htdocs/ is owned by root, not rupert.
This is what /srv/www/htdocs/ looks like in the Mono appliance:
drwxr-xr-x 3 rupert www 4096 2009-08-06 20:34 /srv/www/htdocs/
