Description of Problem:
monovs-server-0.3.3716-1.1
/usr/bin/monovs-web-server dies withe the following error when run by itself on
the command line:
rup...@linux:~> monovs-web-server
Unhandled Exception: System.IndexOutOfRangeException: Array index is out of
range.
at Mono.VisualStudio.Mdb.WebServer.Main (System.String[] args) [0x00000]
Rather than fail in this way, we should be providing a usefull error message.
