Description of Problem:
When you try to use Mono VS Tools 0.3 on Windows 7 Ultimete RTM, VS 2008 SP1
Team Suite, you compile your solution, and try to debug on remote linux the
screen starts and closes immediately
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Install the Mono VS Tools on Windows 7 Visual Studio 2008 SP1
2. Try to use the Remote Debug functionality
Actual Results:
Nothing hhappens
Expected Results:
Show the window to choose the Server to debug
