For instance, right now, everything is queued here: http://build.mono-project.com/ViewLane.aspx?lane_id=17&host_id=3&revision_id=16363 and it has stayed that way for some time. This is because the host sle-11-x86_64-3 is still using the old algorithm, and has been assigned the work here, so no other host will work on it. You can detect this by looking at the status line at the top, to the far right it either says "Unassigned" or "Assigned to <host>".
