The environment variables were all set by Yast2 proxy, there were two sets one
was HTTP_PROXY=0.0.0.0:3128 and the other was the lower case version and if any
of these are present then monodevelop and monoosc fail on http requests.
If other proxies work then mono must have an issue with address 0.0.0.0
I have used this proxy for a long time and never had a problem before but it is
a problem.
