The sheer number of people who manage to try and install monotouch without
having installed mono first, combined with the likelihood that folk are only
using Mac for monotouch development, suggests that a combined installer for
released versions would make a lot of sense.
I don't mean anything technical by "combined installer" aside from only having
to click on one download from the web site.
