Description of Problem:
ListView TopItem is not EnsureVisible(Item.Index)
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Fill a ListView with Data
2. Scroll down to the last entry
2. Save TopItem
3. Clear ListView
4. Fill ListView with the same data
5. Set TopItem to old value
Actual Results:
ListView scrollposition isn't restored correctly
Expected Results:
ListView scrollposition should be restored correctly
