Description of Problem:
ListView Items not aligned properly when scrolled down to end
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Add some Items to a ListView (enough to be able to scroll down)
2. Sroll down to the end
Actual Results:
The Last Item isn't aligned to the top of the ListView
Expected Results:
Last Item should be aligned to the top of the ListView
