When I've got a perfectly working MonoTouch iPhone app - and I drag in a
MKMapView in the interface builder - I get this exception:

(MKMapView)

1. Get a working iPhone app - with a view
2. Drag in a MKMapView
3. Comile & Run - find exception
Actual Results:
App quits - showing exception in MonoDevelop 'application output' window
Expected Results:
A working MapView
