Description of Problem:
When using mono 2.6 beta 1, asp.net application globalization does not work at
all.
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. run attachment with xsp2
Actual Results:
displayed button use Common.resx
Expected Results:
displayed button use Common.fr-FR.resx
How often does this happen?
Always
Additional Information:
Works fine on mono 2.4.2.3
