Description of Problem:
The current icon that depicts the writable flag being set in the file list in a
MonoVS package is a small yellow pencil on a yellow folder. It is very
difficult to distinguish this current icon from any other folder icon in the
list.
I suggest that the pencil be made in a dark yellow or orange so that it sicks
out more against the yellow folder.
