Description of Problem:
I have two provisioning profiles (PP) registered in XCode and on the device.
But I cannot see these PPs in the MD project properties. The dropdown is empty
and greyed out. Also, switching from Automatic to a specific identity doesn't
help.
I tried removing one of the profiles so that I just have one left - the same
issue: greyed out list and empty.
Now, I can successfully build and even deploy to the device, but it seems to
use the PP that was installed/registered first (seem to 'cache' it
somewhere...?).
I had to create another PP to support APNs. Now I need to select this PP,
otherwise I cannot get APNs working... but how...? ;)
