I'm running mod-mono-server2.exe with mono --profile=default:stat. After a few
page hits, I hit enter.
mono prints out the profiling info, then prints:
* Assertion at handles.c:497, condition `_wapi_has_shut_down == FALSE' not met

And uses 100% CPU and can't be killed normally. I need to use kill -9.
