Trying to set this attributes and the example :
<location path="." inheritInChildApplications="false"> explain in :
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.configuration.sectioninformation.inheritinchildapplications%28VS.80%29.aspx
1 - Mono throws an exception for path starts with '.'
2 - location inheritInChildApplications attribute is not set to the
SectionConfiguration.
