Test program that show the problem
The attached test program shows that in some cases a NewExpression generated by
the compiler has a null Members property. This is true at least for the
following versions of Mono:
Mono JIT compiler version 2.6 (/branches/mono-2-6/mono r145468 gio nov 5
20:52:47 CET 2009)
Mono JIT compiler version 2.4.2.3 (Debian 2.4.2.3+dfsg-2)
but the same program is reported to work on an old Mono 2.0. Also the program
works on Windows with native .NET.
