http://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=567546#c0 Summary: add Distribution capability to Xcode export as a workaround to the "no valid 'aps-environment' entitlement string found for application" Classification: Mono Product: MonoTouch Version: unspecified Platform: i386 OS/Version: Mac OS X 10.6 Status: NEW Severity: Minor Priority: P5 - None Component: Tools AssignedTo: [email protected] ReportedBy: [email protected] QAContact: [email protected] Found By: --- Blocker: --- User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; de; rv:1.9.1.6) Gecko/20091201 Firefox/3.5.6 I spent days finding out, why it isn't possible to build (APNS)push-capable Distribution-output with MonoTouch and MonoDevelop. The only workaround I found is to "Open in Xcode" and build it there. However some work is still needed to get a build. It would be nice if depending on the currently selected Profile (Debug/Release/Distribution) gets exported to Xcode, at the moment only debug-code gets exported. And it would be great if: "Open in Xcode" would do at least the following: - fill out the Info.plist with following informations: -> change "Bundle identifier" -> change "Bundle display name" -> change "Bundle version" -> add "Icon file" and add your icon as resource to the project, refer to it. (All information needed is already stored in the Project options) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the QA contact for the bug. _______________________________________________ mono-bugs maillist - [email protected] http://lists.ximian.com/mailman/listinfo/mono-bugs
