Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Run the attached ResizeTest.exe file in Mono ("mono ResizeTest.exe"). 2. Try to resize the window using the sizing grip of the status bar. Actual Results: Visually a diagonal cursor is shown, but the window isn't resized when clicking, holding and moving the mouse. Expected Results: The window should be resized. How often does this happen? Always.
