Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install Mono 2.8 2. Install MonoDevelop 2.4 3. Create ASP.NET project 4. Open Add Reference dialog for project, look for System.Web.ApplicationServices package Actual Results: System.Web.ApplicationServices package not available to choose in the packages list. Expected Results: System.Web.ApplicationServices package should have been an option.
