Description of Problem:


Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Add a file as an AndroidAsset
2. Build + Deploy + Run + Exit
3. Change the file
4. Build + Deploy + Run



Actual Results:
The apk is not built

Expected Results:
the apk gets rebuilt with the modified file

How often does this happen? 
everytime

Additional Information:
Sample project will put the contents of the AboutAssets.txt as the text of the
button when clicked.
after running the app once.
If you modify the text, it won't change on the device.
