https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=666610#c0 Summary: DirectoryNotFoundException when compiling - Preview 1 Classification: Mono Product: MonoDroid Version: unspecified Platform: x86-64 OS/Version: Windows 7 Status: NEW Severity: Major Priority: P5 - None Component: Class Libraries AssignedTo: [email protected] ReportedBy: [email protected] QAContact: [email protected] CC: [email protected] Found By: Beta-Customer Blocker: Yes Description of Problem: When compiling, I get these errors: Error 8 while loading assemblies: System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: Could not find a part of the path 'C:\zproj\MonoStockPortfolio\MonoStockPortfolio\obj\Debug\android\assets'. C:\zproj\MonoStockPortfolio\MonoStockPortfolio\MONODROID MonoStockPortfolio Error 9 System.ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null. C:\zproj\MonoStockPortfolio\MonoStockPortfolio\monodroid MonoStockPortfolio Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. The only step I know is to just "build". I'm sure there are causes specific to me and at least one other user on the mailing list, but I have no idea what they might be. Actual Results: Error when building. Expected Results: No error when building (or at least a better indication of something in the project I need to fix). How often does this happen? Every time I try to build my project. Additional Information: When I create a File->New MonoDroid project, the build works just fine. Also, this project compiled fine in Preview 10.
