Not sure I get completely the idea of how to fix this enhancement with
post-processing tools, but I just had a different idea.

-> gd2i would generate an ignore-file, but with an extension like .baseline or
something like that.

-> gendarme would then accept two different modifier for ignore files: --ignore
and --baseline. Ignored rules by --baseline would still be reported as defects,
but without making Gendarme fail, and ignored rules by the --ignore flag would
be completely ignored as if they didn't exist.
