[mono-cecil] Strongly typed collections in Cecil's object model

Great library, but it's object model would be easier queryable with
LINQ if collection classes implemented IEnumerable<T>.  May be
Collection<T>  instead of CollectionBase?

Now we have to Cast<T>() them.
