With Cecil 0.6 If new Instructions are inserted between a short form
instruction such as brtrue.s and its operand, the short form
instructions aren't automatically changed by Cecil to their 4 byte
counterpart such as brtrue causing an invalid operand to be written to
the resulting assembly. Can somebody tell me if this by design, a bug
or am i missing something about Cecil that i should be doing?
