[mono-cecil] Why TypeReference ctor has parameter 'bool valueType' only?

Why TypeReference ctor has parameter 'bool valueType' only?
Why, e.g., there is no 'bool enumType', 'bool interfaceType' or 'bool
objectType'?
Just trying to understand the code.
