When I add this method to an assembly, read it using Cecil and try to
resolve the instruction that calls the ctor of the array, this attempt
fails (the Resolve method returns null). The said instruction looks like
this:
+ [3] {IL_0003: newobj System.Void
> System.Int32[0...,0...]::.ctor(System.Int32,System.Int32)}
> Mono.Cecil.Cil.Instruction
