Sorry, I posted the wrong code snipped.
My other piece of code (now at work) calls:
foreach (Type t in typeof (CustomAttributeBuilder).GetInterfaces()){
}
And that code does not display _CustomAttributeBuilder.
And typeof(_CustomAttributeBuilder) fails to build.
