I am maintaining my C# application source code in TFS and building the executable with VS2010 with the project and solution files and binaries located on a Samba share available to my Linux RHEL45 system and in general this works great.
Since VS2010 supports remote debugging, is there a Linux debug kernel that can be contacted by VS2010 to allow full remote debugging from VS201 on WIn7 x64 to Linux? I know there are the mono tools that do this from VS2010 to Linux but I'm not sure if the remote debug kernel will run on my older Lnux RHEL45 system. Is there some other way to do this building debug kernel source? Thought I saw some debug kernel stuff but can't find it again.
