There's no known port of Gtk+ and it's dependencies for Android. If such a thing were to exist, it may be possible to then run regular gtk# applications, but you would still need to completely rewrite the UI to account for the significantly smaller screen available on handheld devices. It is highly unlikely for it to be worth your while investing in a Gtk+ port and then rewriting your UI anyway.
